The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will lead and develop Teammates, drive sales, manage merchandise displays, and uphold Buckle standards across daily operations. You will progress from AIT with enhanced responsibilities, learn leadership duties, and contribute to team performance while supporting guest service excellence in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest experience focus required.
• Leads and trains Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Retail knowledge and selling techniques emphasized.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and sales goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate Teammates, ensuring high service levels.
