Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Las Vegas location to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support staffing, training, and performance, ensuring brand standards and loss prevention practices are followed.

This role guides sales strategies, merchandising, and customer experience while supporting the Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Train and supervise store personnel using LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Enforce company policies, dress code, inventory security, and store procedures.
• Schedule and staff the store, including covering peaks when needed.
• Participate in training programs and achieve sales/task goals with regular follow-up.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper operations.
