Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Las Vegas store. You will lead daily operations, coach and supervise employees, and ensure superior customer service while meeting sales goals. The role emphasizes training, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards.

As a member of the leadership team, you will drive a positive, inclusive work environment, manage scheduling, and oversee store processes to deliver a best-in-class fan experience and robust store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and scheduling.
• Ability to manage cash handling and store audits.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Develop and train store personnel in operating procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash, till opening/closing, and bank deposits.
• Prepare store for inventory counts and audits.
• Open and close the store as required.
