Lids Sports Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy retail team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. This part-time role reports to the Store Manager and requires hands-on supervision and adherence to brand standards.

You will manage scheduling, coaching, and performance, maintain store appearance, and support store initiatives that create a top-notch fan shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer disciplinary steps in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Foster a fun, productive environment aligned with company standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including peak periods.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protect inventory and cash.
