Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and ensuring brand standards.

You'll manage scheduling, training, merchandising, and inventory control, work with the Store Manager to meet KPIs, and foster a fun, inclusive team environment. Prior retail leadership and a passion for sports apparel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty and oversee scheduling when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and daily till reconciliation.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel and uphold company policy compliance.
