Lids Sports Group in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor a team, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards while promoting Lids membership programs and in-store services.

As a key leader, you’ll coordinate training, monitor KPIs, and ensure store execution aligns with corporate directives, while maintaining an engaging, inclusive work environment for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and managing store operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and handle scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Lead training programs and monitor progress toward sales goals.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service and educate customers about membership programs.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Oversee inventory counts, price changes, and backroom organization.
