Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Recruit and train store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and protect inventory.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Handle cash operations including opening/closing tills.
• Prepare store for inventory audits.
• Open and close the store per policy.
