Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas to drive sales, lead store staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards while ensuring a positive, inclusive team environment.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, loss prevention, and coaching staff to meet KPIs and provide an outstanding in-store experience for all customers.

Formación

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and lead by example.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and coach store associates using LIDS training programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Administer disciplinary steps as needed in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.
• Manage scheduling and staffing, including covering shifts during unexpected peaks.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with company policies, safeguarding inventory and funds.
