Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and create exceptional customer experiences in a Verizon retail store. You will coach and develop sales specialists, drive sales targets, and oversee merchandising, operations, and daily tasks in the absence of the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service or leadership roles in retail, restaurant, or wireless settings.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a store sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing and staffing.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high-quality guest interactions.
