• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights for decision making.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer experience.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans based on associate survey results and feedback.
• Identify store opportunities with department heads and implement timely solutions.
• Model exceptional customer service and resolve issues for customers and associates.
• Manage total store operations in the store manager's absence and drive sales targets.
• Collaborate with department managers to maximize sales, reduce shrink, and improve profitability.
• Participate in budget discussions and monitor labor and expenses against targets.
• Communicate information effectively to associates to support duties and goals.
• Support leadership bench development and coaching of department leaders.
