• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to improve store performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department heads.
• Develop action plans from Associate Insight survey results.
• Identify store opportunities and create timely solutions.
• Model and enforce highest level of customer service.
• Manage total store operations in the store manager’s absence.
• Aim to achieve weekly, period, and annual sales and labor budgets.
• Drive sales by maximizing department profits and reducing shrink.
