• Model inclusive leadership and manage store operations in the manager's absence.
• Help meet weekly, period, and annual sales and budget targets.
• Drive sales, reduce shrink, and improve department contributions.
• Provide performance feedback and assist with labor management daily.
• Ensure compliance with laws and enterprise policies.
