Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to groom future CVS Store Managers. The role combines virtual and hands-on experiences over 16 weeks to build leadership capabilities and operational proficiency in merchandising, inventory control, and customer care.

You will work within a CVS market and collaborate with district leaders and store managers to foster growth. The program emphasizes promotion readiness, adherence to CVS values, and readiness to relocate

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Experience in customer care to provide high levels of service.
Experience executing merchandising strategies to drive store sales.
Experience managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training to prepare for CVS Store Manager role.
Support development towards store manager through virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
Engage with leaders and store teams to promote CVS values and policies.
Lead as part of the management team and drive key initiatives in the designated market.
