The program runs 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training and both virtual and hands-on learning experiences, guided by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Key requirements include strong communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
