Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader, Visual to drive the store's merchandising strategy and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team on the sales floor, communicate design vision, and ensure execution of seasonal displays across the store.

You will mentor team members, partner with the Store Manager on goals, and analyze sales data to balance profitability with a high-quality guest experience. Open full-time availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications and store systems.
• Open availability for full-time weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the merchandising team to create an exceptional visual experience.
• Communicate the design vision for seasonal floor plans and displays.
• Coach and develop team members to meet sales and service goals.
• Partner with Store Manager to align brand goals and store operations.
