LensCrafters is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations, sales and patient care in a fast-paced optical retail environment. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience while coordinating with the optometry team and store staff to achieve KPIs and preserve brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of management experience in retail, strong communication and coaching skills, and a solid understanding of merchandise and patient service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to train and coach teams using company programs.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership in retail/store operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to deliver unsurpassed customer service.
• Train and coach staff; drive KPIs and sales performance.
• Analyze reports to implement action plans for KPI improvement (NPS, sales, labor, exams).
• Recruit and hire engaged team members for appropriate roles.
• Collaborate with Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer experience.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and visual standards per guidelines.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and maintained.
