Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks a Store Leader Trainee. You will work with the store leadership team to train, coach, and develop staff while overseeing daily operations, merchandising and customer service.

The role emphasizes using store reports and P&L to drive improvements, managing cash and fuel transactions, and promoting the rewards program. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; driving license required; pay ranges $14.50-$19.50 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in retail or food service environments.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop store staff.
• Experience using store performance data and P&L to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change and drive profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.
