The role emphasizes customer service leadership, effective coaching, and utilization of store reports to enhance performance. Must be prepared to handle cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail management is a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage cash handling and store operations.

Responsibilities
