7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Manassas, VA to lead daily store operations and drive profitability. You will manage staff, merchandising, promotions, and customer service, using P&L data to improve results. We’re hiring immediately and offer a pay range based on local standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching.
• Maintain high retention by identifying and developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Oversee all merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve targets.
• Drive profitability through merchandising, promotions and loss prevention.
• Coach and develop staff; hire and mentor new talent as needed.
• Utilize store reports and P&L data to drive improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty program promotions.
• Ensure a clean, safe store and in-stock products.
