Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store employees, provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Develop leaders, retention, and succession planning.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions.
