7-Eleven is hiring a Store Manager in Ashburn, VA to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The Store Leader oversees merchandising, marketing initiatives, and staffing to drive profitability.

You will participate in training programs, develop leaders from within, and promote from within. The role emphasizes safety, stock, and a friendly store environment with opportunities to advance in a fast-growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team, focusing on merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, empower staff, and boost productivity.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate ability to use store reports to inform decisions.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment compliant with health and sanitation procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, with retail management experience.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain auto liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
