Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store staff.
• Drive merchandising and marketing initiatives and support store goals.
• Use store reports and P&L to implement positive changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment with stocked products.

Responsibilities

• Leverage P&L and reports to optimize profitability and operations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty program promotion.
