Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate will develop staff, ensure excellent customer service, and manage store operations to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Experience in retail management, ability to analyze P&L and store reports, and strong communication skills are essential. The role offers a path to Store Leader Trainee with opportunities for advancement and pay based

Qualifications

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees.
Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
Demonstrate ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
