Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Experience leading a store team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage merchandising, marketing programs and store operations.
• Proven ability to analyze store reports and adjust operations to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the store team, ensuring effective merchandising and marketing execution.
• Drive profitability and ensure excellent customer service across shifts.
• Train and coach staff, focusing on retention and leadership development.
• Use P&L and store reports to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and adherence to health and safety procedures.
