7-Eleven, Inc. in the United States seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and coach a retail team. You’ll oversee merchandising, customer service, and store performance, reporting to the Store Leader and ensuring a clean, safe, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and lead store operations and customer service.
• Develop leaders and improve team performance.
• Maintain merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive changes and profitability.
• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Coach and develop staff to improve retention and performance.
• Execute merchandising plans and promotional activities.
• Monitor store performance using reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure loss prevention through proper cash handling and inventory controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with policies.
