The Store Leader will oversee operations, supervise a small team, and ensure goals are met through effective utilization of store reports and supervision of cash handling and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred but not required with 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities in a retail setting.
• Experience using store reports/P&L to drive changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, train staff, and promote from within where possible.
• Manage merchandising, marketing programs, and store profitability.
