Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and customer experience.
• Demonstrate ability to use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
