Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use store reports to affect change.
• Ability to manage cash handling and promotions while ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive profitability through effective merchandising and promotional initiatives.
• Train, coach and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to guide business decisions and improvements.
• Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
