Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage a small leadership team. You’ll train and coach staff, oversee merchandising, customer service, and safety standards, and use reports to improve profitability.

This role emphasizes developing talent from within, maintaining high store standards, and delivering a great shopping experience. Prior supervisory retail experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory retail experience preferred.
• Ability to oversee and coach store staff for excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with P&L and store reporting to drive profitability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
