The role emphasizes driving profitability, training the team, and ensuring a clean, safe store. Prior retail management experience is preferred, with strong emphasis on developing leaders and promoting from within.

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on retaining staff by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and boosting productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate ability to use store reports and P&L to drive changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store leadership team to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives and drive profitability.
• Develop skills of the entire store team and ensure customers are well served.
• Often supervise through an Assistant or two and collaborate within the management team.
• Support training programs and maintain high standards of store presentation.
