Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, merchandising, and profitability. You will work with an assistant to develop the team, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service daily.

You should have prior retail management experience, be able to coach employees, manage cash handling and fuel transactions, and maintain a clean, safe store. The role offers internal advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License and state residence.
