Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year retail management.
• Experience supervising store staff and driving customer service results.
• Ability to manage merchandising, marketing programs, and store reports (P&L).

• Drive merchandising initiatives, promotions, and profitability.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and in-stock products.
