7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role partners with an Assistant to execute merchandising, marketing initiatives, and employee development.

The ideal candidate has retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to daily store management. The position emphasizes training, scheduling, and ensuring a safe, well-stocked environment for customers.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience or equivalent supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store leadership team to drive profitability and customer service excellence.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to meet store goals.
• Develop skills of the entire store team through training and coaching.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and presentable store environment.
