Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License from the resident state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change and improve profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure product availability.
