Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for all store staff.
• Focus on retaining talent by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Oversee and execute merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with stocked products in compliance with procedures.
