Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Massachusetts. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, train employees, and drive a high standard of customer service while executing merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds and periodic standing.
