You will train and coach staff, manage scheduling and promotions, and ensure a safe, well-stocked store. Prior supervisory experience is encouraged, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, retail management experience welcomed.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to train, coach and develop store staff.
