Job summary

7-Eleven in Natick, MA is hiring a Store Leader Trainee to join our store leadership team. You will oversee customer service, coaching, and daily operations to drive profitability and ensure excellent retail experiences.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and retail supervisory experience; proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel is expected. We offer internal promotion opportunities and benefits including 401K, paid PTO, and health coverage.
