7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in Natick, MA, delivering outstanding customer service while guiding merchandising and staff development. You will work with an Assistant to drive profitability and uphold brand standards, training the team to excel in every shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with 1 year of retail management experience
• Experience leading a store team and delivering strong customer service
• Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotion

Responsibilities

• Store Leader drives merchandising and marketing initiatives to boost profitability.
• Mentor and develop the store team, fostering internal advancement.
• Use P&L and store reports to implement strategic changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure health/sanitation standards.
• Oversee cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
