Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You’ll drive merchandising, manage cash and fuel transactions, and monitor performance with store reports, shaping a strong store experience.

The role supports growth from cashier to leadership through training programs and advancement opportunities. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.75 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in basic computer programs and store reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for store employees.
• Manage merchandising, marketing programs, and store promotions.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and top-line results.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, safe environment in compliance with health procedures.
