Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and drive profitability in a busy store. You will supervise the store team, implement merchandising and marketing programs, and ensure excellent customer service across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and the ability to manage cash, fuel transactions, and rewards promotions, while maintaining a clean, safe environment and compliant health standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail mgmt exp is a plus.
• Ability to oversee store operations and leadership responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to multitask in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all staff.
• Maintain merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive changes and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards program.
• Ensure a clean, safe store environment with proper health and sanitation procedures.
