7-Eleven, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join a dynamic management team. You will work alongside assistants to execute merchandising, marketing initiatives, and daily store operations.

You will develop leadership, coach staff, manage cash handling and loyalty programs, and use store reports to drive profitability while maintaining health and safety standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; US driving license required.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for store staff.
• Develop leaders, coach employees and improve retention.
• Manage merchandising and promotional programs.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, safe conditions following health standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
