7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to head store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will lead customer service, merchandising execution, and daily store outcomes while coaching staff and ensuring excellent store standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience coaching and developing store staff.
• Proven ability to drive sales through merchandising and promotions.
• Strong understanding of store P&L and cost controls.
• Comfort with cash handling, fuel transactions and rewards programs.
• Able to train, motivate and retain a diverse team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead store team to achieve objectives.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Monitor store performance with P&L and reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty promotions.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation standards in-store.
• Recruit, train and develop supervisors and team members.
