Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in West Palm Beach to work with a management team and gain valuable leadership experience. The role focuses on training, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting store operations.

You will help implement merchandising programs, oversee cash handling, and promote the loyalty program, with a focus on safety, store cleanliness, and high staff performance. This is a full-time position with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Retail Management exp is a plus
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities
• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees
• Identify and develop leaders, focus on retaining qualified applicants and promoting employee productivity
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in line with health and sanitation procedures
• Communicate effectively with staff and maintain strong written and verbal communication
• Utilize Microsoft Word/Excel for reporting and scheduling
• Multi-task and stand/walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
