Job summary

7-Eleven in Florida is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, supervise staff, and drive merchandising and marketing initiatives while ensuring excellent customer service. The Store Leader Trainee will collaborate with a leadership team to execute plans, mentor employees, and improve store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with retail management experience.
• Experience in retail management and leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence with active insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, retain staff, and coach performance.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive improvements and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
