7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Leader Trainee to join our store leadership team. You will work with an Assistant and other leaders to drive merchandising, marketing initiatives, and profitability while ensuring excellent customer service.

Previous supervisory experience is valued and opportunities to advance from within are emphasized. The role emphasizes training others, developing team skills, and contributing to a strong, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, or 1+ year retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance required.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with customer service leadership and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and ensuring products are in-stock.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
