Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader trainee to guide the store team in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient operations. You will drive merchandising, marketing initiatives and store profitability while coaching staff to reach performance goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on safety and cleanliness. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with potential for advancement through internal training programs.

Qualifications

• Oversee and develop a diverse store team with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach staff to achieve store goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and customer interaction.
• Experience using store reports and P&L to guide decisions.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Meet health, safety and sanitation standards and keep store presentable.
