7-Eleven in Santa Fe (Store 47122) is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our management team. You will oversee store operations, coach staff, drive merchandising initiatives, and help maximize profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates should have supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to multi-task, with proficiency in basic computer tools and cash handling. Training programs lead to advancement.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate ability to use store reports and P&L to drive changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in line with health and sanitation procedures.
