7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Leader Trainee in San Antonio to join our store leadership team. You will work with an assistant or two to drive merchandising, customer service, and profitable operations while developing the skills of the entire team.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to analyze store reports, manage cash and fuel transactions, and maintain a clean, compliant environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but retail management experience can substitute.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience acceptable.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership, coaching, and training.
• Experience using store reports/PI&L to drive improvements.
• Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; multi-tasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store team, deliver customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive profitability.
• Use P&L and store reports to implement improvements and controls.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty rewards promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant store environment and safety procedures.
