7-Eleven in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join a store leadership team and help oversee daily operations, customer service and staff development.

This role emphasizes coaching, merchandising execution, cash handling, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. A high school diploma or GED and retail management experience are preferred; a driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader for all employees.
• Develop leaders, improve retention, and promote employee productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and compliance with health procedures.
